After my party of six waited patiently for over an hour for our food to arrive, we finally departed in total exasperation! We were extremely disappointed in the poor service and NO FOOD! A customer at a nearby table stated that they had waited for over an hour for their food, also. No explanation was provided by our very inattentive and inefficient waiter why our order was delayed! This is not the Black Forest Inn we used to frequent back in the mid 1980s and I can assure on any future return trips to Minneapolis we would not return to it again! As we departed from the restaurant, I asked to speak to a manager and one of the Black Forest Inn staff members stated that there were no managers at the Black Forest Inn. Hmm...perhaps that explains the terrible service and rudeness of the staff!
