Angeno's is a small chain of informal dining restaurants. It's primarily known for its home made pizzas and those offerings include three kinds of Pizza crust. Namely, Pan, Thin and Hand Tossed) they also offer a small yet meaningful collection of other Italian menu items. These folks are not a 4 or 5 star restaurant group by any stretch. But they are a well managed outfit. In terms of quality to price, these folks hold their own quite well in their category and I would not be surprised to hear others say the same. I have dined in 4 of their locations and I can say that each is as consistent as the other. The recipes, prep, produce are of a very good quality. Their servers are also very attentive. On weekdays they offer a lunch buffet (featuring Italian) for about $7.00 a person. They do traipse into the Mexican, and the Riblet realm during the brunch, which I leave off my plate. But then again for $7.00 what were you expecting? Lobster Rolls? Good place for families. But don't expect to see the kiddy meal with paper crown or a 6 ft teenager in a mouse suit. Take junior to Chuckie's if that’s what you really want. But if you’re like me, and want a great Italian pie with quality ingredients, try Angeno's some time.
