Born in Prishtina, I was born a cook. What pushed me to be a chef was helping my motherin 1996. Cooking food in the house gave me joy and knowing that trust was put in me by my folks for their next meal makes me be the chef I am today.
Cooking is not what we do in the kitchen with pots and pans, it is what comes from afar from the market and from the selection of providerswho respect the rules of quality of the food.
