Timberwolf Tavern is one of Detroit's favorite restaurants, once you visit once you'll be hooked. Family owned and operated Timberwolf Tavern's menu is anything but ordinary. Timberwolf Tavern offers hearty, home cooked fare including fresh salads, homemade soups and gumbo, stacked high sandwiches including the traditional Reuben, Chicken Mushroom Melt, Perch Sandwich and more. Timberwolf also offers gourmet burgers (choice of beef or buffalo), grinders, pizzas and calzones. Tavern entrees include a large selection of hand trimmed steaks, BBQ ribs, salmon, Lake Perch, whitefish, their house favorite Shepherd's Pie, Tex Mex favorites and a large selection of pastas. Timberwolf Tavern also offers a private banquet area with full bar and catering for your next event or party. Timberwolf Tavern is open seven days a week.

I have eaten here several times and have never had a bad experience. The food is good and the service has always been friendly. This is not the place to go for a fine dinning experience, but if your looking for good family/bar food it is a fine place to eat.

this so called restaurant was disgustin, the food tasted like left overs, the staff was rude and almost all of their staff used foul language, the drinks were way to strong. Forget aboutthat manager/Owner he stands there drinking and looking at women and himself. The place has rats how te city lets that trash stay open is beyond me, the scary part the staff drinks while working tthats a responsible ownership???
