Mcdonald's Restaurants

The counter people and the cooks need more training. The counter people do not keep their mind on the orders and food goes to wrong people or not placed in proper bags, etc. They try to rush and mix up orders. They even ran out of "diet Coke" for 1/-1/2 days or more. It's the only diet pop they offer and they run out. What's the manager doing about this????
