bad bad bad to greasey and the chips are crap cole slaw is out of a box please....

Anytime I want a supberb perch dinner, I know I can count on Bet and Jessie's. Love their food.

I've been a fan of Bet and Jessie's since they were on Grand River and Fielding back in the 60's and 70's! Best fish and chips around!

I have also been going since I was a kid! :)

This is the best fish n chips ever!!! people that gave 1 star should try it again!!! i have been eating there for 30 years never had a bad piece of fish!!!! The cole slaw and tartar are great too and homemade!! onion rings are awesome and homemade too!!! oh yeah love the jumbo shrimp too!!!

I have been going to this restaurant for years now and it has been consistently great! Many memories in this restaurant.
I would highly recommend getting the 3 piece dinner.

I have been going to this restaurant since I was in a high chair. I remember looking at the same fork and spoon on the wall then that they have now. I used to go to the old location at that time...maybe 1967 or so. The cole slaw has changed, the ice machine is not as good. I love this place but really wish they would clean the restaurant better and especially the bathroom.

I come all the way from Florida just for Bet & Jessie's fish it is the greatest even better then fish in Florida

It's a great restaurant and it was on my top list for some time. I soon found Marko's Cozy Diner and experienced a even better Fish n Chips, one loike I've never tasted before!

Whoever said this is the worst fish and chips ever must have been dropped a couple times as a child. Seriously though, BEST IN METRO DETROIT. Bet and Jessies don't forget it!!!

Consistently the best fish and chips around. This restaurant has been in business for years and has always served quality, tasty food. Friendly service and fair prices. They also have great rolls, cole slaw and tarter sauce!

Is this the same venue that used to be on Grand River in the 70's? We used to drive from Lansing to get some Bet & Jessies!

Whoever rated this with one star is crazy. I have been eating fish here fo a long time. I know my fish. This is the best fish around for the price.
