The food was okay, but the service was horrible. The waitress was inattentive and she literally slammed our change and to go boxes because she thought her tip wasn't large enough.

Two friends and I had a St. Patty's Day dinner here and were quite satisfied. I had the corned beef and cabbage special. One of my friends had a burger with french fries and the other had a dinner salad. We also ordered a basket of tortilla chips which came with a generous portion of salsa. A pitcher of Guinness at a special price made the meal complete. The food was well prepared and quickly served. The portions were adequate, especially the huge pile of fries that came with the burger. I only eat here occasionally but have been doing so happily for over twenty years.
We went there on steak night. Great value- steak special came with salad bar. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Excellent service. Firecraker shrimp was tasty.
I have been eating here for years, and have had mixed experiances but nothing horrible. Service can range from good not great to so so. I have never had to wait for 15 min to be served as some have said but at times my drink may go dry before I get a

If you like greasy dark meat chicken then you have found the place you would like. But if you like white meat (breasts & wings) you won't find any here on their buffet.
Joe's Place is our home away from home. Comfort food at its best. Their burgers are amazing and the sandwiches are true NY style, especially the reuben! The service and management always make us feel welcome. Overall, a great family value and a local

I always loved the Copper Monkey. They always had the best sandwiches in town. Best Fries too. The waitresses were attentive and it was my 1st choice always for a sandwich always. (at least once a month) However the food has taken a turn for the worse. The fries are those skinny little things which, I got cold and way overcooked. The sandwich bread for my wifes Beef & Bird was stale. The roast beef which used to be thinly shaved and the best anywhere was thick cut and fatty. I had to take my fries back up to the bar the waitress was very unattentive, I had to go get my own mayo too. (in those little server packs, how cheap huh!) Oh and I had to go back and get my food when the fries were done. Not much improvement though. They were just reheated. They were like potato chips. My burger which was supposed to be a medium, was raw to rare. It would have been good if cooked properly. So, poor service + bad food = Bad Experience. Guess it's time to find a new sandwich place. RIP Copper Monkey, you had a good run.
