Very disappointed! I got my parents a Restaurant.com gift certificate so they would go out and try a new restaurant (something they hadn't done in years). They chose this restaurant and were very disappointed. This place is definitely NOT customer service oriented. Not only was the food not good enough to come back for, but they would not honor the gift certificate. The manager even told them it was a scam?! The main purpose for a restaurant to offer the deals on websites like this is to get people to come in and try them out. Which is exactly what my parents did, however the only scamming done was by the manager. They should stop promoting their restaurant on websites if they are not going to honor said promotions.
That being said.... the food was mediocre and the prices were not that good. Granted, I love to support local businesses, but a place like this makes it hard. I would be surprised if they remained open long enough for anyone to even read this review.
