I love eating there but here's my problem. I usually order from the carry out menu and the only place they keep the menu is on the counter where your order your food. So, therefore, you have to wait until you get to the counter before you get a chance to look at the menu which means eveyone behind you has to wait while I decide what I want. On sveral occasions I have asked them to place the menu's somewhere we can get to them istead of when I get to the counter so people don't have to wait for me to decide what I want when I could have been ready to order when I got to the counter had they had the menu's available. They do have a board that displays the menu but it never matches the paper menu. They also do not offer a complete menu for carry out customers which narrows your selection drastically. I was told by the cashier that they didn't have enough room on the one page menu that they offer. Obviously a 2 page menu would be to much work for an establishment that's there to serve the public and make a profit. How hard can it be to provide an accurate menu for carry out customers that's readily available when you walk through the door instead of waiting until it's your turn to oder.
The food is good quality food. The menu is very large filling everyones tasts. The only thing that would have made my experience better is a kids menu.
Very disappointed! I got my parents a Restaurant.com gift certificate so they would go out and try a new restaurant (something they hadn't done in years). They chose this restaurant and were very disappointed. This place is definitely NOT customer se
