I was amazed to see an Indian Restaurant in Terrahaute.It has an excellent ambience and great food.

Food is good. but the ambience is not good at all. There seems to be only one cook!!
There is a malayalee waiter there now who is a nuisance. He is very inquisitive and often inappropirately asks female customers their name and where they come from. We found him very annoying at the Shanti restaurant itself when he constantly conversed with us and inturrupeted our family gathering and were not happy to see him here at Terre Haute. Pls have him learn some basic manners and etiquettes. I'm reluctant to go there with my female friends now and quite often order take out.

Food was great,service was friendly. Restaurant was clean and prices were very reasonable.I am glad to see my favorite Indian restaurant has re-opened.
