He has experience in both the culinary and the art worlds. After working in fine restaurants and personal catering around the country, he has made his way back to Minnesota to excite the taste buds of all who come to dine. Treating food as a functional art form, Chef Fredell creates dishes from a colorful palate of eclectic flavors. Planning to take his artistic and culinary styles and fuse them with the Minnesotan ways of gastronomy, he brings a fine flair to each dish.
