Vietnamese is my favorite ethnic food. This rates right up with Pho Oregon and Pho Van in Portland. The Bun Dac Biet was piled with tasty grilled meat and shrimp. The Super Com Platter featured a delicious fried pork chop. We loved this place and will return often.

I love Super Pho. I am Vietnamese and it's been really difficult for me to find a Vietnamese restaurant that would live up to my standards of Viet food. This is by far the best Vietnamese restaurant you will find in Salem. There are about three other ones in Salem, but they do not compare to Super Pho.

I love Super Pho. I am Vietnamese and it's been really difficult for me to find a Vietnamese restaurant that would live up to my standards of Viet food. This is by far the best Vietnamese restaurant you will find in Salem. There are about three other ones in Salem, but they do not compare to Super Pho.
