My friends and I went to Mongolian Grill for dinner. While there, the waitress was pretty rude to start with. What was more appalling was the fact that an ANT crawled out of my friend's rice...rice that had been shared by all of us. So we called our waitress over, she took the rice away without apologizing, and we sat at our table. We then noticed ANOTHER ant crawling across the table! At this point we wanted to speak with a manager...but conviniently, no management was working. And our waitress even went as far as to acuse us of pulling ants out of our purses. We went to the front stand to complain, and were treated with NO respect--we asked the waitress if she would pay for food that ants crawled out of, and she said "yeah no problem, I don't find ants that big of a deal". I then asked if there was any way I could contact a manager, and I was told no, that she could not be reached by phone at the time, and we'd have to return tomorrow. Ten minutes of arguing later, another waitress called the "unreachable" manager, who gave us one meal off. All I can say is NEVER go to Golden Tent unless you enjoy being disrespected, the absolute worst customer service you'll ever experience, and, of course, finding bugs in your food.
