This little pocket restaurant in downtown Salem offers good food at a great price. I don't normally like buffets, for the quality usually suffers, but the Saigon's $6.95 lunch buffet features really nicely prepared dishes (all chicken, except for a few vegetarian selections) such as lemongrass, Hunan, Emperor Tso, Kung Pao, curry, and chicken meatballs in a tomato sauce that sound weird but are delicious! Included in the price are soup, cilantro-infused slaw and a crisp egg roll - you're all set. I've even gotten the buffet in a to-go box when I'm in a hurry and it's still a good deal and a satisfying meal.

Vietnamese is my favorite ethnic food. This rates right up with Pho Oregon and Pho Van in Portland. The Bun Dac Biet was piled with tasty grilled meat and shrimp. The Super Com Platter featured a delicious fried pork

Fantastic menu offering a variety of Vietnamese food. Affordable. Lunch is crowded and often a wait is in store but worth every minute.

My husband and I had dinner last night at this restaurant. I specifically asked about the roast leg of lamb. The waitress stated that it was cooked medium. When my meal came the lamb was soft, and looked and tasted more

I gave Gamberetti's a five star overall because my entire dining experience was amazing. Loved the happy hour (Lemoncello yumm!!)Meatball sliders, mini calzone,,and the ingredients were all fresh. Made all the difference

Thought selection was great. Qaulity is very good, bland, but very good. They also have a spice bar so you can spice it up as much as you like. If you walk away hungry it's your fault. Overall, I would say that they cat
