first time there and wasnt much of a wait. It was a nice setting for a restaurant. My daughter whose 9 loved the fish pond. We sat around the grill and the show was exciting over the whole place.
My daughters loved the whole experience. The food was great and great size proportions. It was worth the prices. Kids meal prices was decent and she got as much as we did.
Now my 9 yr old wants to go back for her birthday and thats in Dec.
next time I want to take my camera.

This restaurant has an excellent Japanese atmosphere! [Only one employee we noticed (the dish-washer) wasn't Japanese!] Once you enter the establishment, you are instantly greeted with a quaint and approachable little Koi pond, with a usable bridge over it and a number of Koi swimming about in it, some fairly large. Traditional Japanese music is played quietly in the background as well. There are dining tables, as well as grill seating offered, as well as a small tatami-floored room large enough for a couple of families. The grill chefs are very entertaining, and the food and amount of food served are exceptional! Whether seated at a grill or not, the menus give a nice variety of available meals. For those who pick a non-grill station, there is a huge list of sushi that you can order from in addition to the basic menu. If you're looking for a great Japanese Sushi/Steak/Tempura restaurant--this is it! Itadakimasu! (Bon appetit!)

The sushi is consistently good; the service is competent as well as attentive; I dine 2-3 times a week if possible so that indicates that Fuji is doing something right.

Best sushi in town (and we go a lot of places)! Haven't tried their hibachi grill, but the other regular menu is good too. We usually just go for sushi. It's always super-fresh and the flavors are perfect. The waiters are always very friendly. Even w ...
