I'm originally from Southern Cal., so I KNOW GOOD MEXICAN FOOD! Here in Louisville good Mexican restaurants are few and far between, but this one is a definite winner! Good flavor/texture balance with bright fresh ingredients that widen the eyes, tease the nose, and pleasure the tongue (& tummy!:) I've enjoyed everything that I've tried so far - and (though it just opened last month) I've been there 7 times! Try the Burrito Loco - SCRUMPTIOUS!!!
