The location on Old Cutler Road in Cutler Bay has a dirty looking entrance as the cement at the outside of the entrance door is nasty looking. It needs to be cleaned with soap, water and a scrub broom, or pressure cleaned. Saying tha tthe outside is the landloards responsibility is a very poor cop-out.
