The best authentic German restaurant in Houston. The wiener schnitzel and sauerbraten are awesome. If you like beer, try a Spaten and I promise you're in for a real treat. There is only one word to discribe the live music and entertainment of Alpenfest...FUN! Don't forget to have a kaffee gute nach...

If you want large quanities...this is the place. Do not expect to hold a conversation...VERY loud. Parking a real problem...cars lined up on street to enter small area for valet drop-off...dangerous.

The pity is Ruggle's is CLOSED and no one seems to know when it will re-open, or IF it will re-open following damage from the recent hurricane. There is no sign of reconstruction, no lights, and no sign indicating it's resurrection
service was so slow 3hrs. for 3 cources 10 guest 5 entras were room temp not happy with service at all. Larry
I have been going to Shahnai since it opened and was just there again tonight. I've never written a review for it before, but really they deserve it, so I will! I've never been disappointed at Shanai. The buffet always has an ample selection which is neither overly oil-laden (as you often get with P...

Nice place the first time my husband and I went there. We had a great sushi experience. The sushi was really good and their miso soup came in a huge bowl! However, the next time we went there the rice of the sushi was waaay too sticky, which reminded me of sushi you would get at a grocery store...n...

I've been eating at the Shish Kabob Cafe for ten years and have never had a bad meal. The owners are the nicest people you could meet and the food is wonderful. It's not fancy at all, simple tables and counter service, but well worth the trip. The original location is on Highway 6 at Westheim...

Best gyros and humus. Staff is very friendly.
GREAT for lunch. Everything is always cooked fresh to order. The fried catfish sandwich and the grilled Talapia sandwich are awesome! The burgers are thick and handmade. The fries are the best! This place is addicting!
I love Skol's because the staff is so wonderful and detailed to their clients. Dominique is down to earth and has a great personality. He will put you in the party mood. This is the best kept secret in Houston. You must come out, experience, and become a the "Skol's" groupie.
TanTan is heavly populated by asians. The food is authentic and good. You can cook at your table, fresh meat and vegatables, or order from the card. Good food. They do not accept credit cards...cash only.

I took my boyfriend to dinner at Tay Do on Westheimer and Highway 6 South for his birthday. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was romantic. It was a nice experience and I look forward to dining there again.

Probably the worst Chinese dining experience ever! The crab legs we ordered came with almost no meat, and without utensils and forks. We complained several times to our waiter but no actions were taken to correct the problem. We then spoke with the manager (and owner) who told us that "Americans don...

We eat at Tay Do often and the portions are large, the food is excellent and the service is fast and friendly. Always had a great dining experience at this location.
I always make a point to visit the Buffalo Grille whenever I go to Houston. I have only had breakfast there, but it is still great. The plate-sized pancakes are great and very filling. About two by themselves are enough for a meal. The french toast is another winner. But save room for the hash brown...
Absolutely superb! The King Ranch spinach enchiladas were the best I`ve ever had, and I`ve had spinach enchiladas several times in both Houston and Galveston.

Went to see one of my favorite bands playing there. The food was good not excellent. The service was poor because we were dancing on the dance floor and the waitress starting cleaning off our table. I walked off the dance floor and ask her what she was doing and she said she was cleaning off the ta...

I love the bands and D.J. at Pub. The bartenders are great too. Mel and Grego are the best. I always get the salmon or the concert tacos. YUM!!! J.D. and Joe always make sure the patrons are having a great time. Gonzo's karaoke on the deck is great.
