Ate there on Saturday, 05.17.08. As I entered the chamber, I was met with a blast of LOUD sound from the so-called ENTERTAINERS! Seated at a table with a flickering candle, and no overhead light. At one time this restaurant was very well run, the food was terrific and it was a good value; however, it has become very sporadic. I have had rotten lettuce in my salad, chards of pottery. We used to go once a week when it first opened; how, however, we haven't gone in months in spite of the value...

Good food. Noisy, though...try to get there early or find a table near the edge of the room. Noisy! And...on the weekends...crowded. Still.. worth the experience.

Don’t waste your time. My son’s fish came out RAW! Then they brought him something different than what we ordered for him without asking us. This is an incredibly depressing place that is stuck somewhere back in time. We have gone twice and hope never to have to go again. The food is just mediocre but the atmosphere is truly depressing.
I LOVE PEPPERS, the real thing, fresh, the tortas, quesadillas, tacos on homemade corn tortillas, sopes, flautas, burgers with variety of toppings, lots of SALSAS, pico de gallo so gooood!!!
So far I have visited Phil and Derek's 3 times and each time it just gets better. The food is hot and fresh and really taste great.I have told many friends about it, in fact we had a party of 30 there and they all promise that they will return with others, You must try this place.

Went by there this morning Terrible costumer service!! The girl did not aknowlage or greet me even though she saw me. To let me know she was ready she just stood next to the cash register looking at the screen. She was a little dirty looking too, trashy color hair and hickues all over her neck....
The European flair in this restaurants is based on the owner Rudi Lechner, his familiy and his team. It's really marvellous to receive this inimitably hospitality und to enjoy the excellent food and the wines in Rudy's Restaurant.

Great traditional German food... The ambience is just as you would expect a German restaurant--quaint, with many artifacts, but charming. The food and the music is what you should go for, you should make reservations for those nights though because it gets crowded. You'll love your entire experience...
