The best authentic German restaurant in Houston. The wiener schnitzel and sauerbraten are awesome. If you like beer, try a Spaten and I promise you're in for a real treat. There is only one word to discribe the live music and entertainment of Alpenfest...FUN! Don't forget to have a kaffee gute nacht (coffee good night) it's all gute.

Great traditional German food... The ambience is just as you would expect a German restaurant--quaint, with many artifacts, but charming. The food and the music is what you should go for, you should make reservations for those nights though because it gets crowded. You'll love your entire experience, the accordion music with all the German favorites, the food is incredible, and everyone has a good time!

The European flair in this restaurants is based on the owner Rudi Lechner, his familiy and his team. It's really marvellous to receive this inimitably hospitality und to enjoy the excellent food and the wines in Rudy's Restaurant.
All the guests are famous too.
