Just the smell of this barbecue will make your mouth water. This is my dad's favorite restaurant in the world.
Excellent barbeque, and, just as important, excellent potato salad. The onion rings are the best anywhere. I wish they’d franchise outside of Texas, you just can’t find good barbeque anywhere else.
Great food.
Exceptional!

Arnold Burger is by far the best burger I have ever eaten. The burgers are huge and not very expensive at all. Everyone who comes through Amarillo needs to eat one... you wont regret it. The only down side is if you order there and eat there it takes a while for the patty to be cooked... its th...

best burger for the lowest price i ever had and it,s good double cheese 6.50 w/steak fries the fries arent the best but the burger will fill you up and thats cheap price,i usualy take off 1 patty cause it,s too much and its alott bigger than the bun and its a huge bun
The bacon cheeseburgers are the best I've ever had! The food was cooked fresh so I did have to wait a few minutes but it sure wasn't cold or chewy like fast food joints. I would recomend beef burger barrel to everyone!!!

My wife and I always stop at Dyers on our way from California back to our summer home in Michigan. You won't be disapointed. The service is great and the food is top notch.I love the Rib plate. Great cole slaw and the ribs are the best you can get. Very nice atmosphere.

We always stop at Dyer's Barbecue when we pass through Amarillo. The staff is very friendly and the food is great if you like ribs. Everything is fresh and it is always very well presented. I have just told 2 froiends who will be coming through amarillo they have to stop there for lunch or dinner.

Dyer's had excellent food and the atmosphere is typical for a Bar BQ restaurant. I thought the price for the food was extremely reasonable and would recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Amarillo.

Dyer's Bar B Que boasted "the best ribs in Texas" and I got just that. Not to mention, my waitress was amazing, very polite and kind. Also, the portions were huge, and it filled me up!

We read the other reviews, and have to agree, it was great. I had the brisket plate and my wife had the rib plate. The rub on both was great, sweet tea was fantastic and the potato salad was outstanding. If we are back in Amarillo, we will be sure to stop by.

Service was fantastic and the pulled pork sandwich was tender and very flavorful. My wife is not a sandwich eater but said it was the best barbecue sandwich she has ever had. Sauce is excellent.

This is my favorite mexican food in Amarillo. They are very nice there and always recognize me and know my order. They give rapid refills on chips and salsa (which I abuse), and their prices are very reasonable. I hope you like cheese!

yummy! their hot sauce for sure has the best flavor in town!!
Speaking of price, I just want to make it known that there is nowhere in Amarillo that my fiance and I can both get a full entree and soda, I can get dessert, he can get beer, and the food is amazing to boot for under $25.00. I have had slow service before, but the salsa makes up for that! Try the g...
