Service was SLOW! I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. It took 20 minutes to arrive and was cold. The WORST Philly Cheese Steak I have ever had!
I asked for a complaint form -- they have none. Places without complaint forms are usually the ones that nbeed them the most.

very authentic food, service was slow and prices are a little steap.
We weren't too thrilled with this place. The food was bland and the waitress wasn't good. This place reminds me more of a bar that serves food.

horrible food
One of the worst Restaurants I have encountered - the food was horrible - the ambience was worse - and the service, although not horrible took entirely to long. Do yourself a favor and avoid El Matador.
Poor, unfriendly, and exceedingly slow service, food ok, attitude of manager/server bad. We were a party of 22 and they claim they were understaffed. Still, with only a few other tables on a Tuesday night they could have at least taken drink orders and provided bread as we arrived. Definitely not...

We go there frequently and love it. We have 3 ice cream shops in our area but Chuggy's is always our choice.
