Manager is horrible. Doesn't know how to run a restaurant. We had a rather large party planned there on a Saturday evening. First of all, there were hardly any other guests there. That should have been our first clue. Waitress worked her butt off but just couldn't serve all of us. The kitchen appeared understaffed also. Until a new manager is hired, I will not return and have spread the word not to go there!

Ruined our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner
This summer I had a rehearsal dinner for 25 ppl at East Street. The night was terrible & embarrassing. They printed the wrong names on the menu. While we had 2 waitresses take our drink orders, we only had 1 waitress for the rest of the night (for 25 guests!). Food was served several guests at a time, meaning ppl were done eating before others even got their food. One guest never received her meal. Spoke to a manager, asking for $ off our bill. He never returned, instead having our waitress give us our full priced bill (did receive 2 coupons for future meals)

Competitive prices, but horrible service & horribly managed
I recently had a meal at Easy Street with a large party. The food & drinks took well over an hour to be served. I felt so bad for the waitress, clearly management didn’t staff correctly for our party, even though we booked it in advance.
