this is a great home town restaurant a friend asked me if the sat night special (prime rib) was just as great on the second visit YES it is and so is the rest of the menu. ENJOY!!!
From the soups made from scratch, to the delicious entrees and desserts, Tip Top was a delight. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help however they can. It was an enjoyable visit, we had sufficient quantities of food, and felt like we were members of their families.

By far the worst place I have ever been. Service was terrible, had a beer spilled on us, took an hour to get our food, took another half hour to get our bill, waiter was incredibly rude and the place was a complete dump!!!!
