This place has the best fresh spring rolls in Albuquerque. The dipping sauce is peanut free and on the sweet side and you can add as much hot sauce to it as you want. I love their Pho Bo too. They serve a nice selection of condiments to add to it. My husband always orders the # 28 on the menu.

I love the food. Sure, its had its ups and downs, but that comes with every restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely and quiet. The food is delicious and flavorful. It's a restaurant to take your family to. I don't think I've ever had an experience there that I've disliked.
The food is really good and always fresh. Its never dry or a day old. My family and I enjoy going there to eat, especially the one at Wyoming. The food is great and the place is clean. We have been dining at Paisano's for over 15 years and have found it to consistantly be one of the finest dining experiences in Albuquerque. Their specials are particularly good. Paisano's can be compared favorably with other fine dining restaurants here in Albuquerque or Santa Fe for that matter.
