Nice coffee house feel and their iced americano sure beats Starbucks unless my friend Rachel who works there makes one. They also serve breakfast and desserts which I haven't tried yet but look good.
I had made a reservation for 3 pm. When I arrived at 2:55pm I saw two couples waiting. I told the hostess my name and the reservation time. She verified it and we were seated right away. The experience was pretty much the same there on. I had to only tell the water once something and in a few minute...
Everything on the menu is excellent!
Finding good food in a location that is wheelchair accessible and completely barrier free with large single occupancy restrooms is hard to come by, at Cocina Azul you'll get that and a bonus with New Mexico's best chile! Yummie!!!
Retro good. A menu from the 60's. We dine here once or twice a year. This time was my birthday [myself and my wife and two old friends].
When we dine alone my wife and I usually have the Chateaubriand. This time we also all went for beef (the Henry IV, Petite Fillet, and Steak au Poivre twice]. A...
I stopped by Ben Michaels in the late afternoon and had the place to myself. our party had the rare privelege to order a la carte from Ben himself. Sitting outside under the warm new mexican sun I ate the most authentic NM cuisine I have ever encountered. perfect proportions, nice presentation,Just ...
We stopped here in an RV on our way to Memphis with two college age kids, my husband and I and our 7 yr old. Ambience was great. Food was fabulous and the staff (Ben and a lovely older woman) were fantastic.
My husband and I are huge fans of New Mexican cuisine. This was grest for everyone. Will g...
We are fairly new locals and one of our first priorities when we moved here was to try all the NM cuisine in ABQ, we have accomplished that mission. We prefer the small independently owned businesses and we must say, Ben Michael's is on top. Everything on the menu has a distinct flavor that is not d...
First time here. It was excellent! chef came out to meet us, had an acoustic band playing some soft music. Very quaint, cozy atmosphere! service, Mimosas and food all excellent. Only downside, is they don't accept debit/credit cards. Just cash or checks!
Delicious, fresh food. Lovely new building; always great service. Some of the best red chile ever. Delicious steak fingers. Huge portions. Over all - great New Mexican food. A favorite place of our's for breakfast or lunch!
I've been coming here for 25+ years. To their credit, the quality and value have remained high. My favorite is the vegetarian dinner -- it's wonderful!
Authentic, great ambience and very cozy. If you like thai food, you must eat here. Located right across the street from the University campus. Great price and great people! They treated our daughters like royalty. A true pleasure to dine here!
I am a visitor from Texas. This is the best Greek restaurant I have ever experienced. That includes trips to N.Y.C. and L.A. From specials to appetizers and Greek standards, everything was perfect!!!!!
i have to agree with the diner from Dallas. I would call the food "dressed-up Greek" though to separate it out from the generic "Greek restaurant". Detroit has tons of Greek and Middle Eastern restaurants and when my in-town friend said she wanted to go Greek, I let out an audible sigh. Next time it...
Great food and great casual experience.
This place is great. Especially the friendly staff and owners Nick & Jimmy. Is Jimmy single?
Great Salads. Great Pie. NO Jimmy is NOT single.
This place has a tempeh Reuben that is to die for... This is a small cafe and don't expect foo foo service but be grateful for excellent quality juices and lunch items. No Meat
