I was blown away when I got there to find out it was more than just pizza and pasta. There was a full salad bar with tons of options and it was incredibly fresh, no pun intended. IT WAS AWESOME! THE STAFF AND EVERYTHING IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN NAKATOS. NAKATO IS SO OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED FOR WHAT THEY GIVE. GET THE DRAGON BDAY SPECIAL, IT WAS REALLY SOMETHING AND REALLY SPECIAL!
I love Hinode. It is one of my favorite restaurants in Springfield. If you go for lunch it is a deal and you get a ton of food, dinner is a little more expensive but it is still great food. Even just getting the chicken is great and the steak, shrimp, and sushi helps to take it over the top. A+.
Hinode is my family's favorite place to eat. We love the food and the atmosphere. We have taken several of our friends there and they love it too. Lunch is a good deal for the price and amount.
5 Stars doesn't even do this place justice. I would go to Hinode over any other Hibachi restaurant hands down. Great value, great food and the chef's are superb.

Food is always very good to excellent here. But it is rather noisy and usually very crowded with a wait to get in. I think they should open another one in Springfield or Nixa. This place is ALWAYS busy.
