WE HAVE ATE AT THE SPRINGFIELD LOCATION SINCE IT WAS FIRST OPENED. WE WHERE REAL DISAPPOINTED IN OUR VISIT ON LABOR DAY. WE WAITED 20 MINUTES SINCE YOU CANT CALL IN AHEAD OF TIME ANYMORE WHICH WASNT BAD. WE WATCHED A COUPLE OF GIRLS COME IN AND MANAGER SHANNON GAVE THEM A BIG HUG AND THEY GAVE THEIR NAME. 2 MINUTES LATER THE MANAGER NODDED AT THEM AND THEN IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY IMMEDIATELY TOOK THEM TO A TABLE. I ASKED FOR HIS NAME AND THE HOSTESS SAID YES HE DID KNOW THEM THATS WHY THEY WENT IN FRONT OF THE LINE. MY HUSBAND AND I HAD THE SAME MEAL AND AFTER ARRIVING HOME WE BOTH HAD SEVERE STOMACH CRAMPS. KIND OF STRANGE AFTER ASKING FOR THE MANAGERS NAME. WOULD LIKE CHEDDARS INC TO LEARN OF THIS EXPERIENCE BUT CANT FIND ANY ADDRESS. WE WON'T BE EATING THERE FOR ALONG TIME.

Food is always very good to excellent here. But it is rather noisy and usually very crowded with a wait to get in. I think they should open another one in Springfield or Nixa. This place is ALWAYS busy.

I was blown away when I got there to find out it was more than just pizza and pasta. There was a full salad bar with tons of options and it was incredibly fresh, no pun intended. Then there was a taco bar, potato bar, hot dogs and even a Chinese chic

I want to say the bad first so that you will be left with a good impression later...It was very loud and very busy. We came on a weeknight, early in the evening, thinking that it might be OK. We only had to wait 15 minutes but it was still loud. The 'hostesses' (there were three) were all mouth-breathing teenage girls with fake tans, fake hair and a patented springfield smirk. The only thing they they missing were the gum that most girls round here like to pop, even at funerals.
Now that that is finished let me say that the food was very good. We really enjoyed ourselves and will go again. (was that first part catty or what???) :)
