The waiter, who informed us he was the owner's brother, was rude and incompetent. He got a major attitude when we asked for plates for our gyoza. I guess we were supposed to eat them on napkins. The gyoza squirted grease out when we bit into them. The sushi was fishy and gross. We left the food on the table, paid our bill, and will never go back. The worst experience I've had in any Springfield restaurant in 40 years.

I think that Little Tokyo was great! My mother and her boy friend enjoyed it as well. I think that if you enjoy watching your food being prepared...Go to Little Tokyo. Even though I didnt have any kids with me, I think that they would have been very entertained.

Rice and noodles were dry. Shrimp and veggies were good (not great). Would not have ordered and stayed had we visited the restrooms first. Filthy. Will not return (or order THEIR sushi) because of that.

This is a great place for "fast-food" Japanese hibachi. You get a good amount of food for your money and it is kid friendly. The steak, shrimp, and scallops are all very good. The sushi is pretty good also, but I love the stir fry. I take my 1yr old here often. The service is very fast, great if you only have a 30min lunch break. I love this place.

If you're looking for good sushi, Little Tokyo is not the place. I can't comment on any other item on their menu though. I ordered to-go. When I got their to pick it up, it wasn't ready. It wasn't ready until 25 minutes after the time they told me it would be. The staff didn't seemed too overly concerned about my wait time. The sushi was small and not very fresh tasting. Their sushi is overpriced too.

Husband & I went for Valentines day, even though they were packed we sat immediately, service was excellent and loved the quality & presentation of food as well as the mood given by the ambience. Would go there many more

Excellent food! Salad with great tasting ginger dressing,rice,noodles,choice of several meats (my scallops were PERFECT!)and eye popping entertainment for the kids. Our four year old granddaughter loves it... especially

I have found that the food doesn't have alot of flavor for some reason. The service could be better and the prices are a bit high compared to other places that are better.

Good food with a nice atmosphere. Chef could have been more interactive, but prepared a fine meal. Additional waitstaff was poor. I thought the prices were a bit high for the portion size.
