We moved to our condo last June and Billy's was at the end of the street across Coastal Highway.. Great subs and pizza, quick delivery, fair prices for a resort... Staff is polite and act like they care.
Small shop at North OC locatino, only a few tables, but whether pickup or delivery they are consistently great.
We visit Billy's Subs year after year when we go on vacation in Ocean City, MD. It's the "true" vintage beach atmosphere inside even with the new building. I have been visiting Ocean City for the past 30 years and never miss going to Billy's. They have remained the same after all these years and that's what keeps me coming back. Great Food! Great Value! Biggest and Best subs in OC. One visit and you'll always come back!

great value and service. wait staff were very cute also. subs were okay but pizzas were great. had their taco/mexican was great. they also sold a 40" or 46" , it is huge. saw alot of college kids getting it.
i didn't taste any delicious pizza like the one in captain's pizza . the service was wonderful. the food was more than great. if i can i would rate it 10
The seafood scampi is absolutely delicious with loads of garlic and lots of crab, shrimp & scallops. Big portions. They have a piano player most nights. They put a coupon in menu magazine. Enjoy!
The rudest, most disrespectful workers I have seen. The food was horrible and over priced. The dining room was disgusting.
Charlie Chiang's is a full service sit-down chinese restaurant. The food was pretty good...we ate w/chopsticks. I feel they are somewhat overpriced. They are the only chinese restaurant in OC that is full service....the rest are take-out.

Hostess was carrying around her baby as she sat tables. It had food all over its face. Our drinks came with bugs floating in them. We didn't even order, we just left. To be fair, we haven't been back in a few years but I still wouldn't go back to a place that had bugs in their drinks.
