The food is fantastic. I loved it. Very cleand too.
We moved to our condo last June and Billy's was at the end of the street across Coastal Highway.. Great subs and pizza, quick delivery, fair prices for a resort... Staff is polite and act like they care.
Small shop at North OC locatino, only a few tables, but whether pickup or delivery they are consistently great.
We visit Billy's Subs year after year when we go on vacation in Ocean City, MD. It's the "true" vintage beach atmosphere inside even with the new building. It's the one place that offers something in the pizza & subs area for all ages. Don't forget dessert, everyone loves ice cream and Billy's ice ...

The seafood scampi is absolutely delicious with loads of garlic and lots of crab, shrimp & scallops. Big portions. They have a piano player most nights. They put a coupon in menu magazine. Enjoy!

I was in the area for work, and the place was open during the off season. The restaurant was mostly empty, but service was excellent, the food was very good. A little expensive, but the food was good, and service was fast.
The crock of shrimp soup was very tasty with chunks of shrimp and a bit of spice. They have good crab cakes and I am very particular about crab cakes. Not alot of filler....just enough to hold it together.
