Halls has a great breakfast buffet!
They serve 3 kinds of scrambled eggs, and eggs benedict. They also have french toast, bacon, sausage, scrapple, ham, fried potatoes, sausage gravy, chipped beef, cold cereals, hot cereals, fresh fruit, bagles, toast, roast beef, turkey and more! You will not ...
Crab cakes tasted "fishy"....mostly filler...very little crab. Service is slow. Some people like them for their all-you-can-eat(AYCE) crab dinners but their AYCE crab legs are not a good deal.
We thought the AYCE deal was fantastic! And the sevice is the best we've had while vacationing in O.C.

We visit OC every summer for a week. We always visit their seafood buffet at least twice while vacationing. Very good atmosphere, good food, alot of fun.
Phillip Seafood Festival Buffet in North OC is my favorite dinner buffet!
They have a salad bar, soup, raw bar, steamed bar, pasta bar(my favorite), and dessert bar.
