I'm in New Orleans once a month for business and I make it a point to stop into the Harbor every time. We were in the restaurant on Lundi Gras, Feb 4, 2008....the restaurant is very near the river where the Lundi Gras celebration was taking place. Celebration attendees were wandering in to use the restroom and to grab a cold beer. This resulted in many people coming in near the closing time of 5PM....
