We were in the restaurant on Lundi Gras, Feb 4, 2008....the restaurant is very near the river where the Lundi Gras celebration was taking place. Celebration attendees were wandering in to use the restroom and to grab a cold beer. This resulted in many people coming in near the closing time of 5PM. The Lazy River employees never got frustrated; they kept seating people and they maintained a very good attitude when it became obvious that they would have to stay open an additional hour. It also seemed like all of the employees were enjoying themselves.
