The floor is sometimes quite sticky and they don't keep up with keeping the food dropped on the floor picked up. The silverware is not always clean. The bathrooms could be kept cleaner also.

It's a very nice place to take a quiet, romantic date (if your pockets aren't very deep!). Traditional Irish-American food is what is on the menu, for the most part.
Pretty good food -- for a chain restaurant. I *loved* the Oriental Chicken Salad and their amazing (and tasty!) variety of desserts.
New Years Day 2010 ordered a filet dinner to be done medium. The meat was prepared well-done. Returned it to the kitchen. The new meat came back very rare this time! Called the manager over to the table and he acted unconcerned other than to offer his kitchen to try again. What a poor response....

The pizza sauce was WAY too sweet and sausage pizza was VERY greasy (grease dripped from the slice of pizza onto your plate); also, the absolute worst cole slaw ever. Italian beef was excellent and pasta dishes were excellent, though.
