New Years Day 2010 ordered a filet dinner to be done medium.
The meat was prepared well-done. Returned it to the kitchen. The new meat came back very rare this time!
Called the manager over to the table and he acted unconcerned other than to offer his kitchen to try again. What a poor response. The wait staff was overworked and incompetent.
The manager said that the chef had just come into the restaurant for his shift and was rushed. What an excuse!
Needless to say, I was not charged for what I refer to loosly as "food."
We will not return to Casablanca.

The floor is sometimes quite sticky and they don't keep up with keeping the food dropped on the floor picked up. The silverware is not always clean. The bathrooms could be kept cleaner also.

The new Wheatfield is amazing. The new facility is HUGE with tons of parking. They have the same great diverse menu but have also added a juice and coffee bar with all fresh squeezed juices (try the green apple juice!)
