I have eaten at this cafe on numerous, and have never revieved poor service or food quality. The atmosphere is simply charming, a wonderful to go for a quiet dinner or Sunday breakfast with the family! In my opinion, Parkway Cafe is the best of Springfield!!!
So it's the best bbq I've ever had. If you want good soul food here's where you'll find it. It may not be in the best location or look like a good place to get food but it is a diamond in the rough!! Try the BBQ Beef Tips dinner with greens and baked beans its awesome!

I have been visiting Shakey's (at different Springfield locations) for more than 20 years. With 2 very picky children-it's a great place to go. It's inexpensive and the large variety means there is something to please everyone. Also, a buffet is great for kids-no waiting for the order to be filled!
