This place could be SOOO cool but it is sooo dirty and disgusting. I felt like I was eating in this guys dirty bachelor living room. The amount of food was GREAT but it was pricey and not really very tasteful. They had one guy trying to wait on all the tables at once. He was running around sweating....
Their Pizza is the best in town!
Luigi's is a small, hidden gem about a block from Rockford College.

Yen Ching is by far the best restaurant that I have been to for this style of food. The workers are friendly, warm, and inviting. It is great to sit by the large aquarium to watch the fish swim while eating in a relaxed environment.
If there were a 10 in the reviews I would have marked them all. John's is by far the best resteraunt in the city of Rockford. Try their stuffed pizza it is the best.

Went to Lucernes for a family get together and had a wonderful time. You get more than enough food, the prices were very reasonable and the wait staff was wonderful. Excellent. $5.95 for a large pizza or go with the famous panizza for 3.02 with tax. Menu is excellent for any type of diner. Excellent value. If your in a hurry it is the best italian food you can have!

Lino's was recommended to us by a local person, and it was perfect! Awesome atmosphere, great food, and the prices are very reasonable. We spent a weekend in Rockford and dinner at Lino's was definitely one of the highlights. Try it, you won't be sorry.
