This is one of the finest steak houses I have ever been too. A wonderful atmosphere that is second to none, outstanding service. Highly recommended!
I am so pleased to have a Chinese restaurant in Des Moines that serves "dim sum" on Sundays (10 AM to 2 PM, I believe): I do not need to go to a big metropolis like Chicago, New York, San Francisco or Boston in order to enjoy such an specialty. Variety is not as big as in the big cities and the dis...
One heck of a value for the dollar. Ordered open face steak for lunch, and it was perfect. First time I have ever been at this resturant, and the owner was very pleasant. will definitely return for another lunch
They have this piano guy that plays on certain days. Would definitely recommend going when he is there. Creates a wonderful ambience.
Great Place to eat. Good food. Very pleasent family owned.
I just loved this place. It was one of the best italian dining experiences I have ever had.
We really like this restaurant. They have really good food and it is not overpriced like alot of Thai restaurants. We have never found Chicken wings like they have here. These dont have sauce on the wings but have a really good flavor and a good sauce to go with it. No one beats their crab ragoo...
It always has some kind of speicials out every day. old country buffet has all kinds of food always out. I would recomend it.
The best salad dressing in Des Moines. Beyond that the cavatelli is good, the Jamaican jerk sandwich is really good and it's some of the best pizza you'll find anywhere. It's worth a visit.
I've tried all the other resturants in town that sell tamales these are the Best tamales in town go here soon and often I know I will!!!! Thank you Panchos!!! 12/30/11
Mediocre quality food, poor service and little variety.
Overall this was a good experience except that for a brew pup the beer was terrible. I was very disappointed with the overall experience after trying their labels.
The food is great, the atmosphere is great and the beer is excellent (but don't expect it to taste like Bud Light). One real complaint is a lack of a dinner salad, complimentary bread, etc. before your meal. Any average/upscale restaurant should include this. I'm going back.
This is probably my favorite brew pub in Greater Des Moines. The staff is great, the food is excellent, and you can't beat the location. It's a bi-level restaurant and offers numerous pool tables, two bars, and great ambience.
The food is excellant despite the lousy service. The quesadillas are particularly good but they are heartattacks on a platter! The salsa/sauce is unique and very tasty.
The service used to be worse and I looked forward to that because the food is so good. Service is better now and the soft shell with sour cream and beef enchiladas are excellent! Must have those or u might be dissapointed.
The oles we got were hard as a brick and could not be ate
Excellent value for the money... You have to try the lunch buffet... So many selections so go there hungry.
