great food great service
Recently ate at the Stuart location. Went Saturday night and had Catfish. The fish was fresh and hot, sides delicious, service was outstanding.Whomever is running this store is doing it right. Can't wait til next time. Thx
Live in NJ,but have to eat here when we visit family in Jensen Bch FL.
A recent reviewer wrote that the owner was unpleasant to the customers. I found that to be true also but am pleased to report that the cafe has now been sold. I have not been there in 3 years but returned recently because it had new owner --- WONDERFUL FOOD & SERVICE!
The best subs EVER!!! Chicken cordon bleu is the best!!!!!

I moved last year, and this place is what I miss the most of Florida. The owners are generally there, recognize regulars, and are extremely nice. The food is the best in the world when it comes to subs. All the sub meat is fresh and succulent, the bread is heaven and boy do I want a sub right now.

..the stern house was a pleasant surprise, great value, and great music..my scallops were cooked perfectly, and my server was friendly, and efficent..definitly a place to visit..great cape cod cooking, and maine lobster specials too.!!

In old stuart
Scallops were done to perfection, but the crab cakes were way over done. My friends daughter had to return her steak 2 times. Way under cooked. A bit over priced for little downtown Stuart. The others in our group enjoyed the fish (bass). Would we go back, yes but not too soon. Too many much better ...
Excellent deli sandwiches piled high with meat.
Breakfast great: with a choice of grits, or oatmeal(that is great)served with warm milk and brown sugar,
toojays is a great restaurant, in season it is madness, but food is good and worth waiting within reason.
especially if your on lunch hour, wait is too long.

Unusual outdoor restaurant that serves hot dogs and lobster!!!!! Bring the kids.
Our office orders from Big Boys at least 3x's a week. They have a wide varity of food and everything is great!
