really good food, nice ambience, slightly more pricey than the the average sushi bars I've been too but worth it. Although the servers a very nice, they can be a little on the understaffed side sometimes.
This used to be a favorite, but recently, you've over-priced us. Sorry, we probably won't be back for a long time unless your menu changes.
We loved Hemingways! A cozy balcony is perfect for a cozy evening dinner overlooking St. Armand' Circle. We dined there regularly until the prices climbed out of sight. Regretably, we have crossed Hemingway's off of our list until their prices justify another visit.
wow what a suprise. Outstanding food and the waitress was so nice. Small mom and pop place with maybe just a dozen tables but the food and service was terrific.
A small and delicious little place. Very nice people and the food is superb to say the least. Prices what they are on Main st. but over all there isn't anything to not like about Maemi. Overall it's a great place for lunch and dinner.
Great lunch value --- more than you can eat for about half the price of elsewhere.
Their food is excellent. It is fresh. Never has a bad meal there. Always been good. The ambiance is a little bit old and their service is pretty good. And the value good.
I love Mak's Chinese food. Whenever I come back to Sarasota I have to visit. I lived in Sarasota for 15 years and was never disappointed in their dine in or take out food.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not eat here if you are on your lunch break from work. They were so slow we ended up leaving becuase it had been 40min with no food and we needed to get back to work. The people in there could care less. Would not recommend.

We've been enjoying Mona Lisa for the past year or so and wish we'd known about it sooner. The two owners make this a special spot-very warm, friendly and DELICIOUS.
Fantastic food, atmosphere and service all at a reasonable price! Everything was done from scratch in house from dressings and roasts to their delicous pan bread. I cannot wait to go back!

Restaurant is over-rated and over priced. For the price you are better going to a restaurant with better ambience, service and better overall dining experience. We had dinner with friends. I had the Fish Corvina. The Fish was not cooked, parts were raw. The grilled shrimp were cold when served. I told the server, she did not reduce the price or bring the manager. I would never eat there again. Its a small restaurant in a shady area.
The food was MUCH better than one might expect from the general ambiance (or lack thereof). I was completely surprised by how exceptional the food was - I am from New York City and I was visiting and expected very little. To my surprise, the food, service and overall dining experience was wonderful. I will be back the next time I am in town!
