I wish I could say that the food was great. It was not bad, just not great. Beans and rice were undercooked and we had to ask for fajita toppings you get at other restaurants (lack thereof part of the "authentic" cuisine?). The fajitas themselves were good. I agree that service was slow but, w...
The food was a disappointment. After living in Thailand, I did not get the expected taste. The food was overpriced for what they offered. The restaurant was very clean, but the staff was cold and unfriendly and not concerned with customers.
Food and drink were good but the service was really lacking. We felt neglected and we were the only table our server had. I don't know if we'll be back.
Wow, what a great location! Too bad the food and service were mediocre. We were with a party of twelve and were automatically charged the tip up front..with tip guaranteed the server was anything but....the food was bland (someone please tell them how to fix something as simple as cocktail sauce)....
Pasta was awful!! I understand why the prices are so cheap, it is because the quality of food is terrible. The pasta and sausage tasted like Chef Boyardee. The service was slow, the waitress was nice, but appeared to have never waited a table before in her life. When we politely explained that the p...
went for the lunch buffet, pass on this one, its pretty awful. while at this resturant i saw 4 people go up to the buffet with the same plate they just ate off of, and i could see and hear the serving utensil clank against the dirty plate of all four people, this is a clear violation of code, i told...
My food was cold!!!
WHAT? I hated this place. It was dirty and smelled like cr*p from the lake out back. There are stuffed animals (real animals)everywhere. The only reason you would go to this place is for the kids. Kids like the crocodiles out back. Otherwise, I feel sick just thinking of this place.

My wife and I took our infant here one night and the experience was horrible. This place was filthy. The "garlic bread" was just plain white bread, not buttered, not toasted. Service sucked. Food was dry. NEVER GO HERE

I went to the Pig for some good carry out barbq. As I sat there waiting for my order I saw roaches crawling all over the floor...Needless to say, I let out a scream, and ran out the door..NEVER to return..!!

I have going to beach road chicken since high school and it has the best fried chicken anywhere!! I have lived in south florida for many years and now live and north carolina but whenever I have the chance I drive through Jax just for the chicken. But dont plan to stop there on Monday's their clos...
Authentic Arabic food and portions are large for the $$$$. Always enjoy my visit
Will never return. Snobish attitude, never made it to the food, we walked out. There are at least two better restaurants on the South bank of the river.

Not as good as it use to be.
The owner refused to accept a 25.00 CASH GIFT CERTIFICATE issued by GUBBIO's restaurant, giving us the excuse that she is a new owner. In other words, she REFUSED to accept her legal responsibility to redeem a certificate that was purchased with cash from this restaurant. I have been going to this...
The new owner is rude and cheap. She wouldn't allow a "to go tea" without charging me another $2 after I already spent over $9 for one trip to the buffet and a drink. I'll never go back. I'll stick to the restuarants that appreciate their loyal customers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food most of the time ok but service dinning in and carry out the worst. When they get your order wrong they make it out to be your problem. Owners wife is rude and treats customer's like she is doing them a favor. Spend your money elsewhere.
Still the best Thai eatery in Jax. DON'T MISS OUT!!! GO TODAY. Freshest meats, seafood and veggies. I spent a total of 16 months in Thailand (USAF - 1971 and 1972) just north of Pattaya Beach. This is authentic Thai food.
