Gubbios has to be the most delicious italian eatery in all of jacksonville. The food is very inexpensive and very tasteful. The garlic rolls are delicious as well as the pizza, calzones, and salad. The employes are also very kind and generous.

The service was slow but food was great.

went for the lunch buffet, pass on this one, its pretty awful. while at this resturant i saw 4 people go up to the buffet with the same plate they just ate off of, and i could see and hear the serving utensil clank against the dirty plate of all four people, this is a clear violation of code, i told the waitress what i saw and i said they need a sign and extra plates stored properly at the the buffet, she then told me the owner has refused to do this, i think she will change her mind when the health dept. pays her a visit. i would not dine in this establishment again for two reasons the food and the disregard for sanitation. happy trails

Pasta was awful!! I understand why the prices are so cheap, it is because the quality of food is terrible. The pasta and sausage tasted like Chef Boyardee. The service was slow, the waitress was nice, but appeared to have never waited a table before in her life. When we politely explained that the pasta was not what we expected, the waitress apologized but did not remove it from bill or offer any other options. Plenty of other good places to go in Jacksonville. Stay away!!

Thought the food was absolutely terrific, and that the $5.99 dinner special was the best dinner value in Jacksonville! Large portion of the entree and a all you can eat salad bar, is hard to beat...and the garlic bread was out of this world!
The employees were super nice...overall, a great neighborhood restaurant.

The new owner is rude and cheap. She wouldn't allow a "to go tea" without charging me another $2 after I already spent over $9 for one trip to the buffet and a drink. I'll never go back. I'll stick to the restuarants that appreciate their loyal customers!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner refused to accept a 25.00 CASH GIFT CERTIFICATE issued by GUBBIO's restaurant, giving us the excuse that she is a new owner. In other words, she REFUSED to accept her legal responsibility to redeem a certificate that was purchased with cash from this restaurant. I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and will NEVER return. The new owner is going to ruin the excellent reputation that the previous owners earned over many years of quality.

Great food at a great price.

I love this place. You could make a meal out of just thier salad and breadsticks.
