Killer food. Inexpensive Chinese food. During the work week is the best time to go, yet very busy. When i am in the area on Saturdays I drop in.
The food was very good, a little pricy, but worth it. The service was the best. The waiters were attentive and friendly. The decor is gorgeous and the view is nice. I'd definitely recommend the Empress to friends visiting the area.
I feel that this small french restaurant provided the greatest meal for the money. The prixe fixe menu is a great deal and offers great food. My wife and I both found the service to be superb, which is sometimes unheard of in a french restaurant.
Pros: A local favorite, small/cozy, great staff, inviting atmosphere, good menu selections, good food & wine. Cons: Not inexpensive, food has been inconsistant in temp, flavor,'freshness.' Never not good but some pasta may be a bit bland,tomato/mozzarella seems pulled out of fridge, some dishes are n...
I think the restaurant is pretty nice. The only reason that I gave them 2 stars on cleanliness is because of the women's rest room. But outside in the dinning area is fine.
I've been here a few times. The food is pretty good but the wait (for the food) is looong. I think all of the times I went there me and my friends had to wait for like 20 minutes. And the women's bathroom can be very unclean.
Good food in a nic environment. Service is somewhat stiff. Not as good as Tu Lan Vietnamese Restaurant.

This place is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes good food! They have good spring rolls and the best cold noodle salad.
Versatile menu options; with unique flavors that derive from a selection of familiar Asian cuisine. Friendly faces that introduce themselves are very attentive to every request. There is a wide selection of wines and cocktails; and a great happy hour assortment to satisfy a pre-dinner or post-work c...
This well-positioned restaurant focuses on freshness by using California seasonal vegetables in their cuisine and fruits in the desserts. Enjoy comfort foods like the perennial favorite the onion-ringed stacked roasted chicken on a bed of smooth mashed potatoes or the soy-glazed halibut. Avoid the f...
Pros: A hopping, popular place, well appointed -warm inviting. Very good food. (Pork Chop is always excellent.)AMAZING bus staff who make up for sometimes slow wait staff. Good sized bar and selection, Good wine and desert selection (breadpudding, tiramisu, choc.cake are too good to be true). Cons: ...
My wife and I stumbled onto this small, storefront restaurant one rainy evening and enjoyed one of the more romantic dinners we could imagine. Jackson Fillmore is not a pricey, upscale establishment, but the combination of the bustling waitstaff, steamy windows, soft Opera music and lovely, well-pre...
Fantastic authentic indian food. The best indian food I've had so far in the USA (I'm british). The place has beautiful, stylish decor so it's a treat to be here. Prices are a little on the high side - none of the main dishes comes with anything, so once you've added rice or bread it adds up. Not a ...
My friend suggested this Korean BBQ place in the Richmond. He said it was the best in the City. He may be right. The restaurant is on a quiet corner in a residential area. The service at this family-run business was quick and unobtrusive. We had the Kalbi beef. The meat was tender and flavorful, unl...
Pleasant people, parking usually no problem, much better than average Korean cuisine, very nice side dishes. The only downside is when a Korean tourist bus fills the place with dozens of diners.
Over all my favorite Korean restaurant in the Bay Area.
One of the most popular brunch spots in San Francisco has just opened for dinner. Scott Simms has brought a new touch of class to Doidge's by designing a superb new, brasserie style menu. Selections are limited, but every one of them is on the menu for a reason- they are all worth going back for. No...
Non pretentious, good thai food, not too expensive
Food: splendido. Service: simpatico. So glad we discovered this little gem on our way to Cinearts.
Try it!
This place is not only a good place to eat but to have fun. Most of the dishes have a lot of garlic.
Thewaiter are like part of your family. It is the first place i've eaten where if the dont like someone they will ask them to get out, just like home.Again if you like good food with garlic this is ...
