I have been going to Rice Bowl for 22 years or so, and the service is always great.The waitress's are always so nice, they usually put your food in take out boxes for you, so sweet! The food is good - especially the pizzas, but the service is terrible. I will say that I have only done carryout, but the promised times have never been kept, and usally run about double.
While it is an Italian restaurant the steaks are the best in Bakersfield. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
