Pembroke Pines Restaurant Guide

PHO 78 is true to their name to provide you with an excellent bowl of PHO. They also offer a wide selection of Vietnamese sandwiches that are also very good. Three things that kept me from giving them the 5 stars is as follows: 1) The Three Bean Drink dessert didn't quite measure up. The jello didn't have much flavor and the balance of beans and coconut milk seems to be off. 2) The cleanliness is typical to what you will find in most Vietnamese restaurants. Not the worst but also not that great. 3) The service was a bit of stark and just there to bring the food out and not trying to offer you a nice overall experience. These thing don't detract me because I'm mostly there for the food and that is what they do really well.
