This as close to a French brasserie as I've seen in Ct. The food is good as is the wine and service.

Wonderful food, great bistro ambience, good service, a meal at Pastis reminds me of a meal in Belgium even more than France. Good wine list, and the specials are frequently very special. Decent value.
