Notable selections include Eggplant Parmigiana, Chicken Lemon, Broiled Scrod Marinara, Vodka Rigatoni, Gnocchi, and Veal Romano. Minutello's specializes in pizzas, and employs its own special blend of spices, freshly graded cheeses, and sauces. The special New York style pizza is cooked in an Italian Brick Oven and features thick crust made from hand thrown, fresh dough. The restaurant carries a full bar, with an extensive selection of fine wines, specialty beers, and microbrews. The private room accommodates up to 50 guests, and is perfect for special events.
