What an experience! Recommended to us by a cab driver, this little mexican diner is more punk rock than the Ramones! Tatoos, rockabily music, and a clientelle that's funkier than the dreadlocked waitresses - Quite the cultural experience. Food available varies from tex-mex burgers and regular spanish fare to more inovative vegetarian dishes - all at decent prices. But definitely come for the ambiance, from the craft paper table cloths (which even adults get crayons to decorate it with) to the Tootsie roll after diner - uh, mint? this restaurant is all the rock and roll attitude you could ever dream of.
