Made a reservation but was told to be there early. We arrived 15 minutes early to find only 2 tables filled. Ordered and waited. After 30 minutes our appetizers came out. Waited some more. and some more. After an hour an 15 minutes our salads still had not come and tables with larger parties than ours who had arrived after were getting their main course. Called the manager over who told us in fact we had gotten our salads (news to us). He then told us our food would be right out, which it wasn't. We decided to leave and the manager (who turned out to be the owner) was very unapologetic and in fact cursed at my brother as we were leaving. Not only that, my grandfather who was with us eats here all the time and tips very well. If you like long waits and rude service, this is the place for you.
